Meridian Norstar StarTalk Mini voicemail is a 2 channel voice mail with 90 minutes of storage, 24 mail boxes and automated attendant. Compatible with Meridian Norstar 616 and 824 control units.

Meridian Norstar StarTalk 180 2-port voicemail. Best suited to a Meridian Norstar Compact Plus or a small Meridian Norstar Modular.

 

Meridian Norstar Startalk 180 4-port voicemail is a voice processing application that works in perfect harmony with the Meridian Norstar telephone range. Best suited to a Compact Plus or a small Meridian Norstar Modular.

Used with Norstar Compact Plus and Modular Plus telephone systems. State-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. Equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic Call Centre (Key-code activation), Web-based management, and IP connectivity. Supported on the Norstar Compact and Modular Plus 4.1 or higher.

BT Inspiration Voicemail Card

 

The BT Inspiration Voicemail is a one port system providing a maximum of 18 personal mailboxes and 1 centralised answering machine. The overall message and greeting storage is 80 minutes.

 

Callers to an extension with a mailbox can leave a message if their call is not answered or if the extension is busy. Users who have a mailbox can also divert all calls to the voicemail and access it locally and remotely by using PIN security. Calls may be monitored using the Featurephone facility to assess whether they should be answered immediately. Each message is time & day stamped.

 

With the Auto Attendant facility in use greetings can be customised, which are than played to callers on all extensions programmed with this feature.

 

 

 

BT Versatility Voicemail

 

Never miss another call. Carry on doing business long after your office is closed. Customers can use voicemail to find out when you're open - or to place orders 24/7.

 

Opt for our new BT Versatility Advanced package and you will benefit from up to 20 hours storage. Up to 8 people can use it simultaneously. Ideal for larger offices.

 

Need to record a call? Advanced Voicemails basic call recording lets you do just that - start at the beginning or middle of the call, then forward it like a voicemail message.

 

Custom Call Routing makes it easy for callers to get to the right queue - press 1 for Sales, 2 for helpdesk etc. It can also be set up so callers can dial people by typing a person's name into their telephone keypad.

 

 

All BT Versatility voicemail modules provide:

 

• Individual mailboxes can have tailored, updateable greetings with message alert facilities on the BT Versatility phone.
• Mailboxes can be allocated to groups eg Sales. When a message has been left, a lamp glows on all BT Versatility phones in the group.
• Phantom Mailboxes are not tied to a specific extension or group. Ideal for out-of-hours messages or promoting specific services.
• One touch Recall - call the person who left the message without dialling.
• Messages are password protected and can be retrieved whilst on or off site.
• Available in 2 or 4 ports

 

 

Auto Attendant

 

The Auto-attendant facility makes it easy for regular callers to reach the people they want, without waiting to speak to your operator. The Courtesy service to play recorded announcements that tell customers about offers, opening hours and alternative ways of reaching you, such as your web site.

 

If you don't choose the VT Versatility Advanced package, two alternative voicemail modules are available:

 

• 2 Port - Two hour messaging capacity. Two users can simultaneously access Voicemail to record/listen to messages.
